Haiti arrests investigation

Haitian police have arrested 10 US nationals on suspicion of trying to illegally take 33 children abroad. This story is investigative because of the national's motives for trying to do this. Police might investigate what the real reason is behind there motive. The reporters, Michelle Faul and Frank Bajak, do not give a reason from the targets of why they tried to do this. However, a lawyer from one of the nationals does speak for them in the article. The reporters do not point to a specific document, but report of interviews they conducted with Prime Minister Max Bellerive.
The article is accompanied by two pictures. These pictures aid the reader by showing them what the victims look like. Being able to see them gives the reader a chance to know they actually exist and this story is an issue. People affected by this would be church communities going to Haiti or thinking about doing the same thing these 10 people did. There are no overwritten paragraphs or harsh words which is great for understand the story. Big words and overwritten paragraphs can complicate things. Both reporters got their information from interviews with Bellerive.
